Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the order dated 26.07.2022 whereby gratuity of the petitioner was withheld. 2.

Learned State counsel refers to para 5 of the reply by way of affidavit of Director, Ayurveda, Punjab dated 06.03.2024, wherein it has been stated that Dr. Pankaj Bansal had deposited Rs.8,08,902/- through demand draft dated 09.03.2023 and the accountant general was accordingly requested to release the gratuity, regarding which a communication dated 14.02.2025 alongwith bank statement of the petitioner has also been produced.
