The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking directions to the respondents No.1 to 3 to protect his life and liberty from the hands of respondents No.4 to 6.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No. 2 i.e. The Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to decide or take necessary action on the representation dated 06.06.2025 (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioner raising his grievances which has not been considered and no action has been taken till now.
