*** RAJ MOHAN SINGH , J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of certiorari and/or any other writ order or direction for quashing the Public Notice dated 23.01.2018 (Annexure P-2) issued by the respondent.

Evidently the objections filed by the petitioners against the Public Notice were dismissed by respondent No.4 vide order dated 15.02.2021. Perusal of pleadings of the present petition would show that said order has not been assailed by the petitioners. At this stage petitioners seek to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars.
