Mr. Shubhashish Kukreti, Advocate for respondents No.3 & 4. **** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking writ in the nature of habeas corpus for release of the alleged detenue namely Dilpreet Kaur, who is stated to be illegally confined by respondent No.4-Arashdeep Singh.

In pursuance to the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 01.10.2019, the alleged detenue Dilpreet Kaur is present in Court. Detenue - Dilpreet Kaur states that her date of birth is 22.08.2000. She has furnished a copy of Adhar card, which is taken on record. She also states that she is residing with respondent No.4 as per her wish and there is no pressure or coercion upon her.

In view of the statement of the alleged detenue namely Dilpreet Kaur, no further orders are required in this petition. The petition stands disposed of.
