GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) Today at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the authorities concerned including the Investigating Agency so as to put forth his plea that the FIR came to be lodged under some mistaken belief and misunderstanding has now been cleared and that complainant does not wish to take any action against the petitioners. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
Needless to mention that the Investigating Agency before filing report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. shall look into all such material as may be placed before it.
