This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 13.01.2021 passed in CR-2031-2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent has filed the compliance report by way of an affidavit dated 18.09.2025 of Rakesh Kumar, Executive Engineer, HPGCL, Panipat wherein it has been stated that as per the order dated 13.01.2021, the entire dues from the date of the actual reinstatement till the date he continues performing duties of the post, have since been released. Learned counsel has further pointed out that the award of the Tribunal has also been challenged. The compliance report is taken on record. Registry is directed to scan the same and tag at appropriate place. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
