ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 22.01.2021 vide which it was directed that the claim of the petitioner be considered in terms of the finding recorded in para 25 of the order. Counsel for the State, as per the affidavit of the Director General of Police, Punjab, submits that as per the merit position of the petitioner, having Roll No.918004226, in General category, has obtained 33 marks in written examination and his date of birth is 30.08.1994. It is further stated that in General category, the cut-off score was 33 marks, however, the petitioner was junior in age to the last selected candidate in General category and therefore, the name of petitioner figured at Serial No.50 in the waiting list. In view of the above, no further action is called for. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
