On advance service of copy of petition, Mr. Sunil Kumar, Advocate appears for Mr. Samarth Sagar, Advocate, on behalf of the respondent and opposes issuance of notice of motion. He further submits that the respondent (Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram)/competent authority shall take decision either way, on the pending legal notice dated 20.08.2024 (Annexure P-13) within a period of four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the respondent, submits that he does not intend to press the instant writ petition any further, at this stage.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent (Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram)/competent authority to consider and decide legal notice dated 20.08.2024 (Annexure P-13) by way of passing a speaking order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, within a period of four weeks from today. 6.
