Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the respondents to submit report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No. 08 dated 15.02.2019, registered under Sections 409 & 120-B IPC and Sections 3(1)(B) & 3(1)(C) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015), at Police Station Hajipur, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner made a representation dated 09.04.2019 (Annexure P3) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Special Investigation Team, Hoshiarpur, but still no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.
