) *% Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied that in case the petitioner is permitted to meet Nisha for 15 minutes on 27.12.2021. He further submits that he would not be pressing other prayer in this petition at this stage.

Given above, the request being innocuous, subject to the condition that such meeting will take place in the presence of warden/Incharge of Nari Niketan, Jalandhar. The concerned officer of Nari Niketan will permit the petitioner to interact with Nisha for 15 minutes on 27.12.2021 and such meeting will be supervised by two persons including one female. It is clarified that the petitioner assures this Court that petitioner shall not cause any threat or pressure upon the girl. The petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. No need for Dasti copy. Learned counsel for the petitioner will download the copy of the order from the Website of this Court and it will process further.
