By way of present petition filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, prayer has been made for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for alleged willful non-compliance of the order dated 01.02.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-2098-2024. 2.

Reply by way of affidavit of Sanjay Rawal, General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Yamunanagar, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2. The same is taken on record.

A perusal thereof shows that the payment against the retiral benefits to the petitioner has already been released. 4.

In view thereof, present petition is disposed of as no further orders are required to be passed. In case any cause still survives, petitioner shall be at liberty to move a representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from today which shall be considered within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and speaking order shall be conveyed thereupon to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.

Disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
