(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 06.07.2019 vide which the application filed by the petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 of the CPC was dismissed on the ground that no Court fee was required to be deposited in a suit pertaining to recovery of earnest money and interest.

No such argument has been raised by learned counsel for the petitioner to show that the Court fee was required to be deposited in a suit for recovery of earnest money and interest.

Dismissed accordingly.
