Bhinder, Advocate for applicant/appellant. ****      #     Application for withdrawal of main appeal bearing RFA No.8665 of 2014, which already stands admitted vide order dated 22.01.2015; for placing on record the copy of Aadhar Card of appellant as Annexure A;1; and for exemption from filing certified copy thereof. Notice of the application to the non;applicant(s). Ms. Kanica Sachdeva, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the contesting respondent nos.1 to 3 and raises no objection in case the application is allowed.

With the consent of both sides, main appeal is taken on board today itself.

For the reasons mentioned therein, the application for withdrawal of main appeal as well as for placing on record the copy of Aadhar Card of appellant as Annexure A;1 is allowed. Registry to tag the copy of Aadhar Card at appropriate place.  


 In view of the order passed in CM;2722;CI;2020, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
