(Oral) The petitioners seek the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing FIR No.271 dated 18.11.2020 under Sections 452, 323, 324, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Section 326 IPC (Added later on vide DDR No.22 dated 19.11.2020) registered with Police Station Dasuya, Distt. Hoshiarpur.

The learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 23.12.2021 and are not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 23.12.2021 is made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and they shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands disposed of.
