The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 02.09.2023 (Annexure P-9) whereby he has been denied allotment of paddy for KMS 2023-24 on the sole ground that fortified rice has been found of spurious quality.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in M/s Mahavir Rice and General Mills vs. State of Punjab and others, CWP No.20143-2023, decided on 15.09.2023.
