This is a petition for transfer of case under Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, filed by respondent No.1 against petitioner at Karnal to Chandigarh.
Counsel for the respondent has opposed the application on the ground that the convenience of the petitioner will not be sufficient enough to transfer the case. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Another application for transfer of divorce petition filed by respondent No.1 stands transferred from the Court of District Judge, Karnal, to the Court of District Judge, Chandigarh, taking into consideration the convenience of the petitioner. Since other litigation between the parties is pending at Chandigarh, it will be expedient in the interest of RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2015.04.22 16:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

The petition is allowed. The petition under Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, titled "Bhupinder Singh Vs. Gurpinder Kaur and others" pending in the Court of Guardian Judge, Karnal, is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Chandigarh.
File complete in all respects be sent to the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Chandigarh, forthwith. The parties are directed to appear before the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.),, Chandigarh on 23.5.2015 at 2:00 PM.
