(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint case No.28 dated 05.10.2016 titled "Mohd. Yusuf v. Jamshed Ahmed" under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station Tauru, District Nuh, Mewat.

Heard.

Considering seriousness of allegations against the petitioner, he does not deserve any concession of anticipatory bail, more particularly, when investigating officer could not lay hand on the petitioner, despite issuance of non-bailable warrants against him. Dismissed.
