This revision petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 17.08.2022 (Annexure P-2) vide which application by petitioner for appointment as legal representative of deceased S. Waryam Singh was dismissed by the learned trial Court.

Mr. Manan Bhardwaj, Advocate for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that the proceedings in the suit have been finally decided by the trial Court, the present petition is rendered infructuous. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner, present petition is ordered to be dismissed being rendered infructuous.
