Learned counsel representing the parties state that there is out of Court settlement entered into between the parties on 28.06.2024. 2.

During the course of hearing, copy of deed of settlement has been placed on file which is taken on record as Mark 'C-1'. 3.

Appellant's son Kulwinder Singh identified by his counsel is present in the Court. He submits that approximately Rs.31 lakh out of Rs.62 lakh has already been paid whereas the remaining amount shall be paid within a period of three months from today. He submits that he undertakes to pay the amount within three months i.e. by 15.06.2025. 4.

Kulwinder Singh shall remain bound by his statement made at the Bar.
