Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that all the conditions of interim order dated 16.11.2022 have been complied with. 3.

State counsel on instructions from SI Dharamvir Singh submits that petitioner is no more required for further interrogation. 4.

Given the nature of allegations, no pre-trial incarceration is required. Without commenting on the case's merits and the circumstances peculiar to this case, the petitioner makes a case for release on bail.

Given above, the present petition is allowed. The interim order dated 16.11.2022, is hereby made absolute.
