Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that son of the petitioner-Shubham was found dead in suspicious circumstances who was shifted to Kalpna Chawla Medical College, Karnal. The petitioner made a complaint on which FIR is registered but for the last 1 1⁄2 months, the police has not taken any action.

Mr. Karan Veer Singh, Sr.DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the State and submitted that the matter is under investigation and Investigating Agency is thoroughly carrying investigation and the permission for Narco test has already been obtained.

So, keeping in view of the above, no direction is required to be passed.
