Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court. 2.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. The petitioner is directed to surrender himself before the learned trial Court within a period of 15 days from today and on his surrender, if he moves an application for bail then the trial Court will decide his bail application on same day.
