Statement of Karan Kumar son of Babli son of Lal Chand resident Sardarewala age 20 years mobile No. 9596503114 stated that I am a resident of the above address, I the labour work and also do business with my father. On 29.03.2024, I and my family

had gone to Mahamdki to attend the marriage of our relative Bansi Lal's daughter, where after the marriage program was over, at 05.30 PM, I was going to my village Sardarewala via Ditch from Mahmadgi on my grandfather Deshraj's motorcycle deluxe along with two boys Ajju (aged 12/13 years) and Phinda (aged 15 years). When we reached near the selar, then Ranjeet son of Bansi and Kushal son of Bantu and Rakesh son of Chhana resident of Mahmadki and Prince and 5/6 other persons came from behind on two motorcycles and surrounded us, the children got scared and started running into the fields and all started abusing me and Ranjeet and Kushal attacked me with the ice needles in their hands and pierced my stomach, chest and other parts of the body. The other men who were carrying sticks hit me with sticks.

I fell on the ground and I shouted for help. My father Babli and grandfather Pammi followed me. Seeing them coming, all of them fled from the spot with their weapons on their motorcycle. My father and grandfather Pammi arranged for a vehicle and got me admitted to the government hospital Ratia where the doctor, after dressing my wounds, referred me to MAMC Agroha where I was treated. Yesterday on 31.03.2024, as my condition got worse, I was referred to PGI Rohtak but my family admitted me to Amandeep Hospital, Hisar where I am undergoing treatment. I am now fully conscious and I have got write my statement in the presence of my father. Due to any grudge a minor altercation with them at the wedding, so Ranjit, Kushal, Rakesh resident of Mahmadki and Prince resident of Bathinda and other persons have injured me.

The rest of the persons are relatives of Kushal and Ranjit, whose names I do not know, I can identify them if they appear. They have injured me without any reason. Legal action be taken against them. Statement recorded. Heard it, which is correct.
