Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to release the retiral benefits i.e. gratuity and regular pension etc., which learned counsel for the petitioner admits, having been released during pendency of the present petition, however, with regard to claim for interest, he shall submit a representation to the respondents, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 2.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case petitioner submits a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided, within a further period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
