The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'BNSS') for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 5 to carry out a fair and impartial investigation into the alleged incident wherein respondents No.6 and 7 (Gurbir and Rajwant Kaur) had entered into another agreement for the same agricultural land measuring around 97 kanals each which was purchased by petitioner from private respondents No.6 and 7 who represented themselves to be exclusive owner of the said land with one Jagroop Singh and also colluded with their other sisters (respondents No.8 to

10) and property dealer (respondent No.12) to defraud several other individuals. Further for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 5 to register a criminal case against respondents No.6 to 14. 2.

He contended that a complaint has been filed before the Superintendent of Police, Moga by the petitioner but no action has been taken on his complaint and requested to issue a direction to take action on his complaint.

The petitioner has remedy to approach the learned Illaqa Magistrate in accordance with law for his grievance. 5.

No ground to invoke jurisdiction under Section 528 of BNSS is made out.
