+ This is a petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS'), for anticipatory bail, in a case arising out of FIR No.112 dated 29.06.2025 under Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty of Animals Act 1960, Sections 13(2), 17, 5 of Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan & Gausamvardhan Act 2015 and Section 61 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, Police Station Rozka Meo, District Nuh. 2.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has joined investigation.
