(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 57 dated 17.07.2020 under Sections 307, 379-B, 34, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Badhni Kalan, District Moga. In paragraph 6 of the petition, the petitioner has mentioned that he has involved in one more criminal case. However, State counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has involvement in two more cases. The petitioner concealed the fact that one more case under Section 307 IPC is pending against him.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition. Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. State to hand over the custody certificate to the counsel for the petitioner to enable him to file a fresh petition.
