**** ASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a roving writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus with the prayer to appoint a warrant officer to locate the detenue namely Heena wife of the petitioner, who is stated to be in illegal custody of respondent Nos. 5 to 7.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the statement of Heena i.e. wife of the petitioner has been recorded and she has not been kidnapped and is residing voluntarily with her uncle, namely, Imran.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Disposed of accordingly.
