The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.77 dated 23.07.2022, registered under Section 22 and 29 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sandaur, District Malerkotla.

Custody certificate has been filed by learned State counsel, as per which, the petitioner is in custody for 12 months and 03 days. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage.
