The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.42, dated 30.05.2023, registered under Sections 406, 420, 448, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Rahon, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. 3.
