The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 24.05.2024 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Ferozepur dismissing the appeal of the petitioner and enhancing the maintenance of the respondent in proceedings under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ferozepur. 2.

In view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so.
