(ORAL) The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing of FIR No.51 dated 04.02.2021, under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 24 of the Immigration Act, 1983, registered at Police Station Pundari, Kaithal, on the basis of compromise. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the complainant did not appear before the Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court to get his statement recorded in support of the RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2022.08.13 14:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-53867-2021 compromise. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty, however, is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law on renewed cause of action, if any.
