The plaintiffs are the appellants before this Court. The plaintiffs filed the suit impeaching the sale executed by his brother on plea that the property is joint family property. The plaintiffs were unable to establish the existence of any ancestral nucleus or the sale standing in the name of the defendant as benefitting the family including themselves. With no proper evidence available, the Courts below have rejected the plaintiffs' case.
