(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant at the very outset has informed the Court that the matter stands compromised between the parties, vide family settlement dated 24.05.2018 and both the parties will abide by the terms of compromise. The photocopy of the family settlement has also been placed on record, which is taken on record as Annexure A-1. Learned counsel for the respondents has admitted the fact that the matter stands compromised between the parties. Parties are present in the Court and they have also admitted the above said fact.

In view of the fact that the matter stands compromised between the parties, learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal.
