Seeking issuance of direcƟons to respondents No.1 to 4 to iniƟate legal acƟon against respondents No.5 and 6, the peƟƟoner has come up before this Court under SecƟon 528 BNSS, 2023.

Status Report by way of affidavit filed by State counsel is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to counsel for the peƟƟoner. 3.

Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that aŌer filing of present peƟƟon, State has taken steps and an FIR has been registered. He further submits that direcƟon be given to State to conduct fair and imparƟal invesƟgaƟon. 4.

State counsel submits that police always conduct fair and imparƟal invesƟgaƟon. With this background, State submits that one FIR has been registered against the peƟƟoner and one against the respondents. 5.
