NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the petition titled as "Nikhil Dhir v. Monika Dhir", bearing HMA Case No. 74 of 8.8.2013, under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending adjudication in the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Mohali, sought to be transferred, has been withdrawn, therefore, present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
