Mr. Dishant Tuteja, Advocate for the complainant. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J .(Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that the petitioner had approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail since an offence under Section 326 IPC had been added after he had already been granted bail by the Trial Court in respect of the remaining offences. The aforestated position regarding deletion of offence under Section 326 IPC is not disputed by the learned State counsel. Consequently, the present petition is rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
