Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to hold inquiry in the matter on the basis of request dated 06.09.2017 (P1), through some honest police official.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, where an appeal is stated to be pending against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nakodar dated 16.11.2017 (P4). Permitted to do so.
