RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant is the second petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.137, dated 21.06.2022, under Sections 354-A/354-D IPC and Sections 8, 11(iv) and 12 of POCSO Act, 2012, 2019, registered at Police Station City Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition as the earlier petition was dismissed on merits on 18.08.2022.
