Present petition has been filed praying for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0065, dated 09.04.2025, under Sections 115, 118(1), 190, 191(3), 333, 351(3), 118(2), 191, 117(2) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Baragudha, District Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him in accordance with law.
