ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel fairly points out at the outset that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order and judgment, dated 05.05.2016, rendered by this Court in RFA No. 3356 of 2010 (State of Haryana and another v. Santokh Singh and others) and other connected matters, vide which, in the appeals arising out of the same acquisition, this Court had enhanced the compensation awarded to the landowners. Thus, she submits that as a necessary consequence, this appeal shall have to be dismissed.

Ordered accordingly.

For, the main appeal has been dismissed on merits being covered by the decision of this Court in Santokh Singh's case (supra), no formal orders are required to be passed in the civil miscellaneous applications.
