Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members by deciding the representation, dated 04.09.2024, Annexure P-2. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of her grievances, the petitioner has already filed a representation, Annexure P2, before respondent No.3, on 04.09.2024, however, no action has been taken on the same till date.
