(Oral) Additional affidavit of the Director, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Punjab, filed in the Court is taken on record, according to which by passing an order dated 12.10.2023, the rice mill of the petitioner namely M/s. Vrindavan Rice Mills, Village Sadiq, District Faridkot has been allotted Paddy after duly registering it with the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Punjab as per the provisions of the Punjab Custom Milling Policy for KMS 2023-24. A copy of the allotment of Paddy to the petitioner's rice mill is also attached.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
