RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of impugned order dated 27.05.2023, Annexure P-7, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhari, arising out of FIR No.25, dated 13.03.2012, under Sections 420, 406, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar, vide which petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender.

Vide order dated 22.09.2023, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the trial Court and file an application for bail alongwith receipt of costs within a period of two weeks from that date. The trial Court was also directed to admit him on interim bail subject to his furnishing bail bond and surety bonds to its satisfaction, if he surrenders before it and moves an application for bail alongwith receipt of costs. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order, dated 22.09.2023, the petitioner appeared before the trial Court and was admitted to interim bail MEENU 2024.08.31 10:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document and he is now continuously appearing before the trial Court.
