Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to proceed as per law against respondent No.4 and to get recovered the equipments and tools of tube-well boring machine of the petitioner from the illegal custody of respondent No.4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner made a representation dated 04.09.2019 (Annexure P8) to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Kaithal, but still no action has been taken thereon.
