CRM-M-49748-2022 Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.101 dated 07.10.2022, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, registered at Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 26.10.2022 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same. 3.

Learned State counsel, per his instructions from SI Gurjeet Singh and ASI Avtar Singh, submits that petitioner has joined investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by him, no custodial interrogation of petitioner is required.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of petitioner is no more required and he has already joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, present petition is allowed. In the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to his satisfaction. Petitioner shall also abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
