Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter has been compromised and there is a petition filed for divorce by mutual consent under Section 13(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act in the Family Court at Hisar.

In the light of the subsequent development, the transfer application is dismissed as having become infructuous. The petitioner will be at liberty to file an application for recall of this order if the statement made by the counsel for the respondent is reported to be not correct.
