(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 8th of March, 2022 passed by SDJM, Tosham it has been recorded as under :- "The complainant made a separate statement of even date that in the present complaint he has compromised the matter in the brotherhood with the accused. So, he does not want to pursue the present complaint further; withdraws the same and it be consigned to record room. Heard. In view of the above referred to statement, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room."

In view thereof, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
