(ORAL) Petitioner has already sought information under Right to Information Act for declaration of result of written examination and appeal is also stated to be pending, therefore, relief as sought cannot be adjudicated in the absence of declaration of result.

In my view, the writ petition, at this stage, is premature. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one after obtaining the information.
