(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for quashing of order dated 24.05.2018 (Annexure P-5) vide which case of petitioner for promotion to the post of TGT Sanskrit has been rejected on the premise that he is not possessing qualification of B.Ed with 50% marks. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent-Director Elementary Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the legal notice dated 25.07.2019 (Annexure P-7) in view of Annexures P-8 & P-9 (colly) within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct 2nd respondent-Director Elementary Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the legal notice dated 25.07.2019 (Annexure P-7) in view of Annexures P-8 & P-9 (colly) within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner.
